You can now book, cancel and rebook appointments online, order a repeat prescription or an acute medication (providing the acute medication was issued within the last six months), view a summary and detailed coded information held in your record securely using 'SystmOnline' a web-based module provided by our computer system supplier TPP.
Please note when ordering repeat prescriptions please do not order any more than two weeks in advance (unless there is a certain reason i.e. holiday, in which case please specify).
To use this system you must register at the practice in person. You will be supplied with a username and first password (which you can then update after first log-in).
Click here to access the system once you have obtained your username and password. Alternatively this can be accessed by using the 'Book Appointment' tab on the home page
Registering for SystmOnline
The registration is simple - but for security we will need you to come into the Practice with some proof of ID before we give you a username and first password. Acceptable ID is a photo driving licence or a passport. All patients over the age of 16 can request access to these online services.
Parents will be able to have a username and password for their children up until the child turns 11 years of age. Please note that once the child turns 11 the online access will automatically cease. Similarly, carers of people with disabilities will be able to request a username and password for them, with the patient's consent.
