Requesting a blood test

If the clinician requires you to have a blood test, they will either send you an appointment link via sms for you to book directly or ask you to contact the practice on 01273 552212 for the receptionist to book on your behalf.

If you would like to request a blood test please submit a request via SystmConnect to be reviewed by the GP. ( You do not need a login to submit your request)

You can only book a blood test if this has been requested or approved by a clinician.

Blood samples from children under 14 years of age are taken at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital, to contact them please ring 01273 696955.
