If you need help when we are closed
If you require medical advice when the practice is closed you should contact the out of hours service on 111 as usual or if it is a medical emergency 999.
Physical accessibility
There is full access for disabled patients at our surgery. This includes disabled toilets on each floor and a disabled access lift.
Wheelchair
Please note we have a wheelchair available for use within the surgery. Please enquire at reception.
Interpreting and Translating Service
We have access to interpreters for people who are unable to speak English. If you require an interpreter, please inform the receptionist when booking your appointment.
Car Parking
When visiting the practice please enter your registration number into the terminal on arrival. The terminal is located next to the reception desk on both our floors. You are still required to enter your registration if you are displaying a blue badge or someone is waiting in the car. If you do not enter your registration number you will receive a fine.
Complaints & Feedback
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible because this will enable us to establish what happened more easily.
If it is not possible to do that please let us have details of your complaint:
- within 12 months of the incident that caused the problem; or
- within 12 months of discovering that you have a problem.
